Amanda has been interested in the world around her ever since she can remember. Looking out the window during long car rides to visit family across the state of South Carolina, Amanda first developed her interest in the built-environment.
This curiosity for the buildings around her led her to pursue her undergraduate degree in architecture at Clemson University. During her time at Clemson, Amanda was able to be a part of several historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects in Columbia. This experience encouraged her to spend a semester in Charleston, where she returned upon graduation. There, she worked on several historic preservation tax credit projects and commercial buildings throughout the Charleston area.
Amanda lives in Greenville with her cat, Kiwi. When she's not at Teague Studio, you can find her on a hiking trail, yoga mat, behind the lens of a camera, or on a flight traveling somewhere new!
