Built in 1955, and in continuous use since 1972 by an insurance agency, this building had not seen changes in 50 years. It was a solid building with a good layout, and it needed a whole lot of love. Teague Studio jumped at the opportunity to own and occupy this building at a prime location in Spartanburg with the long term plan of occupying it as our own architecture studio.
